A fine, dry powder made of a plant called lycopodium, which, when mixed with air and flame, produces a large fireball.

This is a slightly safer fuel for fire breathing then liquids, as the consequences of getting it into your lungs are slightly less lethal then say kerosene. The other risks of fire breathing still apply, you can choke on it, it can displace oxygen from your lungs, it can burn back into your throat, the flame can go in unpredicted directions, and lots more.

This powder is also used in magic tricks to create small, controllable fireballs in a magic act.
